Having trouble logging in?

If you can't get into your account, run through this quick checklist:

• Double-check the email address — typos are the most common cause, and you must use the exact address your account was created with.
• Reset your password — use the password reset link on the login page and follow the email we send you.
• Look for a confirmation email — if you just signed up, you may need to click the confirm-email link first. Check your spam folder too.
• Created your code without an account? Codes made before signing up are linked to the email address you used at checkout — sign in with that address.
