Can you send my refund to a different card?

No — for security reasons, approved refunds can only be returned to the payment method that was originally charged. We are not able to redirect a refund to a different card, bank account, or payment service.

If the original card has since been cancelled or the account closed, don't worry: in most cases your bank will automatically reroute the refund to your current account. If the money has not arrived after the usual processing window, contact us at support@barcodesqr.com and we will help you trace it.
